Featured on HGTV as a prime vacation home, it is only a short stroll to the board walk (see third photo) leading to the private, pristine beach of Cape Dunes on Cape San Blas. The large 24'x20' outdoor deck has a new and well maintained six person hot tub, table and chairs, two loungers, and swing bed for the ultimate in relaxation. Inside, the spacious, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats eight, and comfortable bedrooms truly make this a home away from home. The master suite has king size bed with private bath, bedroom #2 has queen bed with bath, and bunk room sleeps four. 55" smart TV in living room and highspeed internet will keep you closely connected to work, school, and the outside world, if you so choose.

BEST of TIMES is 1/4 of a mile to Salinas Park (new pickle ball courts, playground, kayak launch, picnic tables, charcoal grills, restrooms, and boardwalk), Happy Ours Rental (bikes, kayaks, boat trips, etc. for fun activities), road-side fresh seafood markets for take-out, the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar along with many other wonderful restaurants, and three beautiful additional public beaches for great exploring adventures & beach lounging. The historic towns of Port St Joe & Apalachicola are within short driving distance, loaded with unique shops, restaurants, and sights to explore. Enjoy a spectacular day at the beach swimming, strolling, and collecting shells, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then lounge on the back deck with a cool drink until it's decided to dine in or go out!
For a refreshing adult beverage and cool local atmosphere, walk across the street to Scallop Republic, a local hub on the bay (spectacular bay view!) with craft wine & beers, with live entertainment in the evenings.

This house warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs so bring your fur baby along- s/he deserves a nice vacation, too! (Please: dogs are required to be on tick and flea preventative, they are very prevalent in this area). Cape San Blas beaches are dog friendly! Our neighborhood provides a quiet road & nice walking paths. Please keep your dog on a leash, clean up after your pet, and limit any excessive barking.

Summary: Great house, has everything you need, comfortable furnishings and beds. Close to the beach - lengthy boardwalk without rails, fyi. Responsive host. Bunk room stays warm but there is a box fan that helps. The third full bathroom with shower is actually downstairs so having to share a bath with the queen BR might be inconvenient for some. Location is convenient. LOVE a rental that is actually dog friendly - our pups enjoyed staying - suggest getting a kitchen trash can with lid. Overall a great value for the price.

Summary: Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, couches comfy. Beach was uncrowded and so nice! Especially enjoyed the hot tub, the porch swing and the bunk room for the kids! Don’t miss the entry porch where you can catch sun rise and sunset. Good eats everywhere we stopped at. 3rd trip to the cape and we will definitely be back!

Summary: The location is great, the house is super clean and comfortable. Early morning walks sunset bonfires on the beach, and evening soaks in the hot tub under the stars, if you come fully stocked you never have to leave. Quiet, clean and disconnected as much as you want.you wantto be

Summary: Let’s first talk about the deck swing. This swing is where you will spend your morning time sipping coffee.The property is super clean, inside and out.Just off the deck is a nice little grassy area perfect for the pups.This home also has a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for the chef on your trip.But, if cooking while relaxing isn’t your thing, this home is also within a short drive of Port St. Joe restaurants (and shops).We really enjoyed the quiet community with beach access. The beach was not crowded and is dog-friendly.We were within walking distance of Salinas Park (pickleball, walking trail).The state park is within a short drive in the other direction. It was a nice visit for walking trails (also has kayak rentals, etc).Good communication is a big deal for me, and Lizzy was in contact to ensure we had everything we needed. (Thank you.)Book this home, it will not disappoint.

Summary: You won’t want to leave this wonderful beach home! The hot tub. the covered deck bed swing. The most comfortable sun loungers. And this is just the back deck!! I found my own special places for having morning coffee. Lots of different views and seating options. The home is so clean and comfy too. Then the short boardwalk to the beach and life is complete!!As a bonus you have the sweetest and most efficient hosts ever!!Also the beach chairs were much appreciated!Thanks Tony and Lizzy! We are planning our next trip:)

Summary: We stayed for a week this summer with our daughter, two nieces, and our pup. The house is very comfortable, cozy and clean and was perfect for our needs. The girls loved the bunk room! The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and we often felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Wonderful communication from Lizzy--she is a gracious host. We would definitely return!

Summary: Overall we had a great stay and everything was great. The only thing I would note for correction would be cleanliness and we had one roach run across the stove one night. Besides that everything was great and the host was very easy to talk to and replied very fast.

Summary: We love coming to Port st joe this week every year. The first time we have had two kids and it was a blast! Would recommend…walk to beach was great…only wish the community board walk was longer but that’s nothing the owners control on their own. Would highly recommend!
